Partner Search Entries
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Elko County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its receipt and handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
Email and contact-form messages are retained as needed to read, route, and answer the request. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Visit Information
Basic technical details may be collected automatically when a page loads. Those details can include:
- The Internet Protocol address used for the visit
- The browser name and software version
- The device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and the time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is supplied
- Date and time stamps for requests

Some advertising providers may measure activity across different websites to select interest-based ads. That processing occurs on their systems, not as a release-record function of Elko County Released Inmates.

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be available to:
